Welcome

The Georgia School Age Care Association (GSACA) is a statewide membership organization representing the after school profession, dedicated to improving the quality of out-of-school time.

GSACA is the Georgia affiliate of the National AfterSchool Association.

GSACA is the only statewide, full-service resource for school-age programs striving to produce healthy, academically successful, productive young people.

GSACA provides professional development, technical and financial assistance, networking opportunities, program development, program support, research and advocacy to those who care for our children and youth.

“Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning recognizes that quality after school care is an integral part of a quality system of education.  That is why GSACA’s role as a resource for after school programs and for parents is so important.  We appreciate GSACA’s partnership in helping Georgia’s children to succeed in school….and in life.”

Marsha H. Moore, Commissioner
Bright from the Start: Georgia Department of Early Care and Learning
