Dr. Charlotte Pipkin

Dr. Charlotte Pipkin came to the Heart of Georgia RESA as Executive Director in July 2006.  She has worked in public education for 30+ years as a teacher, assistant principal, principal, curriculum director, assistant superintendent, and superintendent.  She holds degrees from Middle Georgia College, Georgia College, the University of Georgia, and Georgia Southern University.  Dr. Pipkin’s special interests include reading, professional learning, school improvement, and leadership.
