Operating under the fiscal control of Pioneer RESA, Cooperative Purchasing Agency provides services for North Georgia, Northeast Georgia and Pioneer RESA member systems. Our services include bulk purchasing, receiving, warehousing, and distribution of school desktop supplies, custodial supplies, art supplies, audio visual supplies, audio visual equipment and school furniture for delivery to participating school systems. The agency also receives, stores and distributes all USDA commodities allocated to all member school systems. CPA does not receive local, state or federal supplements or funding to facilitate normal operations.
