| Comments: -H3083 would restrict minors (under 18 yrs) from using cellular phones while operating a vehicle. -States that a person could not be stopped for using a cell phone but can only be fined in conjunction with another offense, is not admissible in civil action, and one can not be searched solely because of this violation. -First offense: suspends license for no more than thirty days. Second offense: license suspended for no more than six months. Third Offense: license suspended for no more than one year. |
