The Facilities and Capital Outlay Institute is an intensive study of the process and procedures used in planning and implementing a capital building project. Participants are guided through all of the steps involved in school construction – funding procurement, architectural selection and design, contract awarding, project supervision, and more. This course is a must for any administrator faced with the challenges of building new educational facilities. Mr. Jim Steele is the instructor for this course.

Please note: For each pair of dates, the class will meet from 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm on the first day; and 8:00 am - 5:00 pm on the second day.
