The North Carolina Agribusiness Council is a grassroots, non-partisan, advocacy organization that represents the interests of the agribusiness industry in North Carolina.  The resolution of NCAg represent an on-going process. Any member in good standing can make recommendations regarding the Council’s legislative resolutions. Any submitted resolution is reviewed by the legislative committee and referred with a recommendation to the Board of Directors for review. All board-approved resolutions are submitted to the full membership for ratification at the annual membership meeting. Resolutions are subsequently used by staff to represent the interests of the Agribusiness Industry on a state level as well as on a federal level.
