PAGE CONTINUING EFFORTS REGARDING STATE HEALTH BENEFIT PLAN
This week PAGE had two additional opportunities to bring member concerns over changes in the State Health Benefit Plan to leaders and policymakers.

On Tuesday, December 6, PAGE leaders met with Abel Ortiz, health policy advisor to Governor Perdue. Please see the notes of that meeting to learn the details. On Thursday, December 8, Jill Hay, PAGE General Counsel, addressed the board of the Department of Community Health in Atlanta at their regular monthly meeting. Please see her testimony for the information and member concerns shared with that board.
