Acidified Foods: GMP School for Pickle Manufacturers is sponsored by the NC Cooperative Extension Service Department of Food, Bioprocessing and Nutrition Sciences at NCSU in cooperation with the Food Science Research Unit of USDA and the Food and Drug Administration and the US Department of Health and Human Service. SCHOOL INFORMATION Registration will be held from 8:00-8:30 a.m. on Monday with classes from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. On Tuesday and Wednesday classes begin at 8:00 a.m. and conclude at 5:30 p.m.
Length of class session will be modified as needed. Only those attending the full class session may take the exam. All classes will be held at the hotel. Please bring a sweater or light jacket to class, as rooms are often cool. Please book departing flights out of RDU after 6:30 p.m.
REGISTRATION FEE The registration fee is $450 per person, which includes: attendance, three luncheons, coffee breaks, textbook, necessary supplies and reference materials. Lodging is not included in the registration fee. Foreign registration must be paid in US dollars.
