OVERVIEW:
This end-of-year presentation will provide
prosecutors and law enforcement a comprehensive update on traffic safety legal
issues that arose in 2018. Topics will include a traffic safety case law
update, an overview of the new Michigan Regulation and Taxation of Marihuana
Law, and how the new law will affect OWI investigations.

be available during the webinar.
INSTRUCTIONS
FOR WEBINAR
You
attend the training using your computer and telephone. You will be able to view
the training, handouts etc. on your computer using Internet Explorer and your
Internet connection.
JOINING
THE WEBINAR
1.
Connect to the webinar and call in 10 minutes prior to the training. This will
give us a chance to resolve any difficulties prior to the training.
2.
Click on this URL or go to Internet Explorer and paste it into the address line https://register.gotowebinar.com/register/4348413851567226115. When you are prompted for permission to accept a download, click “Yes” or “Grant”. This script is removed when you leave the training.
4. You will be
prompted for the password. The
Training Password is - paam (lower case). Note the Audio Pin in the
Webinar panel.
5. Call into the conference call: Dial 1 (631) 992-3221. You will be prompted for an access code: enter 374-409-670 then the # key. You will be prompted for an Audio PIN – this is the PIN on the Webinar panel you will see after logging onto the webinar. It is 2 or 3 digits – enter it followed by the # key. You will be told you will be entering the conference call and to standby.
6. Please do not put your phone
on hold or we will hear the "on hold music". Please also mute your
phone unless you are going to speak. This will eliminate sidebar conversations
you may have in your office.
7. The speaker will announce when questions will be taken – during the presentation or at the end of the presentation. You can use the “Questions” dropdown in the Webinar panel during the presentation.
8. Remain online after the
close of the webinar to answer our online survey.
