Impaired driving,
particularly those drivers impaired by illicit or prescription drugs, is a
serious crime. This training will provide law enforcement and prosecutors
with the tools and resources they need to effectively investigate and prosecute
drugged driving cases. This training will also cover the new Michigan
recreational marihuana law and how it will impact OWI investigations and
prosecutions.
Who Should Attend?
Prosecutors,
Assistant Prosecutors, and Traffic Safety Personnel
Event Schedule
9:00 am to 12:00 pm EST.
There will be short breaks between each session.
