Topics that will be covered in this half-day training include Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and how to educate a jury about them, how to handle common OWI defense challenges on the stand, and the do’s and don’ts of cross examination.
Who Should Attend?
Police Officers. Limited
to 8 officers per session*. Officers will need to forward one copy of their own
OWI report to use during the mock trial portion of the training.
*Prosecutors are
welcome to attend the training. The sign-up is for officers only, please email
Amy Gronowski at the email below if you are interested in attending.
