OVERVIEW

Testifying on an OWI case can be a daunting experience whether it’s your first or 20th time.  This webinar will go over what is expected from law enforcement officers on the stand and the steps you need to take to effectively prepare yourself to testify in court on an OWI case.  Other topics will include common OWI defense challenges and how to handle them before and during trial, traits that will help you be in command of the courtroom, and police report writing from the prosecutor perspective.
