Any organization that has people signing up to attend events knows how time consuming the process can be. If your organization is using paper registrations that are faxed back in you have the chore of recording the registration some place, recording how they are paying, recording all the information on the form and responding back to the person that you have received the registration.

Our Event Impact system enables clients to automate the entire process of collecting registration information and communicating with the registrants. Event Impact is a web based application that creates 8.5 x 11 inch registrations forms that can be printed. The system handles the collection of data, and allows people to sign up for different items. Event Impact has the ability to collect data in a survey type format with questions on the form. And for payment, the system will allow for payment by check, or let you wire up your form to your own merchant banking process.

Capitol Impact allows you to buy one event or a system license for many events. So you can use our Event Impact process even if you only have one event per year!.
