Tracking Levels

• Hot - Legislation identified by GSBA as moving rapidly; having the potential to move rapidly, or; is a topic of major concern to followers of education legislation. Legislation in this category should always carry a detailed analysis by GSBA.
• Watch - Legislation that GSBA has identified for tracking but has not moved into the category of "hot" as described above. Legislation in this category may or may NOT have been analyzed in detail by GSBA. Depending on circumstances, legislation can move back and forth between categories.
• Passed - Legislation which has passed both houses and sent to the Governor for signature.
