The Kentucky Council on Developmental Disabilities (KCDD) welcomes you to the legislative action center for individuals with Developmental Disabilities and their families, friends and guardians. The KCDD serves as an advocate for all persons with developmental disabilities and their families.
Our mission is to: Create change through visionary leadership and advocacy so that people have choice and control over their own lives.
