Event Description

 

Tyler Walters, GA Tech, will discuss the preliminary plans for the GALILEO Knowledge Repository Grant and the upcoming activities.  The GKR is a new repository service that provides access to scholarly works and research from faculty and students of the USG. In its grant-funded phase, it will include seven USG institutions. Toby Graham, UGA, will discuss recent efforts and future plans for the Digital Library of Georgia, including some of the newspaper digitization efforts and ongoing responses to the Civil Rights Digital Library
