2019 ASC EXCELLENCE CODING SEMINAR 

Medicare payment concerns, ICD-10 and CPT updates, and the changing healthcare economy make correct coding and billing practices ever more crucial to the Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).  This seminar will address all specialties and is designed to provide each attendee with the latest coding updates along with guidelines and strategies for billing different types of payers.

 SHEILA SYLVAN, BS, CCS-P, CPC-I

IMPACT MEDICAL CONSULTING, PRESIDENT

Sheila has over twenty-five years experience in medical reimbursement as a management consultant, technical and regulatory researcher and writer, and seminar leader.  Her present and previous positions include regulatory research; facility and professional services coding and documentation auditing; reimbursement process assessment; and presenting continuing education on a wide variety of topics for physicians and administrators.  Ms. Sylvan is a certified coder (CPC and CCS-P), an AAPC Approved Instructor, and an AHIMA ICD-10-CM/PCS Approved Trainer.
