Event Description

Add relevancy to your mathematics classroom through the use of literature!  This pair of 90-minute interactive E-Workshops will offer you an overview of techniques and strategies for using literature to enhance the teaching and learning of mathematics in your classroom.  Where appropriate, E-Workshops will include references to NCTM’s Principles and Standards for School Mathematics.  We will explore a variety of children’s books and offer sample lessons that you can use immediately with your students!
