The Third Annual Southeast Trombone Symposium held at Columbus State University's Schwob School of Music offers 32 participants the opportunity to work one-on-one and in small chamber groups with Symposium Faculty, improving participant's performance, audition, and chamber music skills as well as their overall technique and musicianship.  This year we also have a 16-member Performer Class led by Denson Paul Pollard. 

Hosted in the world-class facilities of the Schwob School of Music, located at the RiverCenter for the Performing Arts, the Symposium offers participants opportunities for performing in solo, ensemble, and masterclass settings in some of the finest concert and rehearsal facilities in the US. The Symposium will also feature solo recitals, chamber performances and orchestral excerpts by the faculty. In addition, the STS will feature the S.E. Shires Solo Competition and the Orchestral Excerpts Competition (Participant Class eligible only).

Acceptance into the Participant Class and Performer Class at the Southeast Trombone Symposium is by audition only, and a $50.00 deposit is required when registering. If you are not selected for the Symposium, your deposit will be refunded in full via check. Please fill out completely the following registration form.
