The 10th Annual Mind, Body and Spirit Retreat for Women- "Stay Green- Keep Growing!" will be held on Saturday, January 12, 2013 at the Cunningham Center at CSU.


Reward yourself with a day of laughter, learning and fun at the 2013 Mind, Body and Spirit Retreat for Women.  This retreat will open your eyes to new possibilities, energize your spirit, and challenge your mind with new ways to improve yourself and the lives of those around you.

Our dynamic presenters will share expertise, knowledge and experiences that are both entertaining and informative. You will engage in discussions on important issues that will help you succeed in your career, enhance your knowledge of the opportunities available in multiple areas of your life and empower you to pursue them. The Mind, Body and Spirit Retreat for Women is presented by Columbus Regional Healthcare System and the Cunningham Center at CSU and is sponsored by CB&T and Sunny 100.  The $40 registration fee includes  breakfast,  sessions on your choice of topic,  lunch,  and a gift bag!
