Tech Expo Booth Registration

Use this form to register your organization for a tabletop display booth at the MACo/MTC Tech Expo on August 16, 2017 at the Roland Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, MD.

WHAT ARE THE DATES AND TIMES?

• Tech Expo is Wednesday, August 16, 2017, from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

• Vendor Check-in and Set-up: 7:30 am—10:00 am on Wednesday, August 16, in Rooms 201-206. 
  Displays must be set up by 11:00 am when the tradeshow opens

• Vendor Break-down is Wednesday, August 16, from 4:00 pm—5:30 pm.
  Displays must be completely broken down and removed by 5:30 pm

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

• Each space is 8’ x 8’ with a 6-foot table for a table-top display and two (2) chairs

• Your space includes two (2) lunch tickets and (2) namebadges. Additional badges with lunch tickets can be purchased for $25 each.

• The Tech Expo registration is for Wednesday only. If you would like to attend the full conference, you would need to fill out this registration form and return to the MACo office. We will offer you the County Member rate if you would like to register for the full conference.
