Tech Expo Booth Registration

Use this form to register your organization for a tabletop display booth at the MACo/MTC Tech Expo on August 15, 2018 at the Roland Powell Convention Center in Ocean City, MD.

WHAT ARE THE DATES AND TIMES?

• Tech Expo is Wednesday, August 15, 2018, from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm

• Vendor Check-in and Set-up: 7:30 am—10:00 am on Wednesday, August 15, in Rooms 201-206. 
  Displays must be set up by 11:00 am when the tradeshow opens

• Vendor Break-down is Wednesday, August 15, from 4:00 pm—5:30 pm.
  Displays must be completely broken down and removed by 5:30 pm

WHAT IS INCLUDED?

• Each space is 8’ x 8’ with a 6-foot table for a table-top display and two (2) chairs

• Your space includes two (2) lunch tickets and (2) namebadges. Up to 2 additional badges can be purchased (with or without lunch tickets).

• The Tech Expo registration is for Wednesday only. If you would like to attend the full conference we will offer you our lowest rate - the County rate. Please fill out this online ATTENDEE (not booth) registration form (first, sign up for your booth by inputting your email above). When prompted, choose the County registration option. On the form, input the following as your Group Code: TECHEXPO18.
