Securing Video Evidence at a Traffic Stop

This one day seminar will train law-enforcement officers on how to use a body-worn camera, in-car video and the importance of audio; and how to deal with corresponding legal issues, including using video evidence to prove an OWI case. The course will be taught by officers and prosecutors with experience in dealing with the issues discussed.

This training will be registered with MCOLES. Prosecutors and thier staff are welcom to attend, however Michigan Justice Training Funds are not eligible to use for this training.
