Gaining the strategic advantage in Domestic Violence prosecutions with a victim-centered collaborative approach:
The prosecution of a domestic vioelnce case can take many twists and turns. Prosecutors recognize that domestic violence cases may be some of the most challenging cases to take to trial. Victims who make a decision not to participate with courtroom proceedings, a lack of physical evidence, mental health concerns & self-defense claims are just some of the difficult issues facing prosecutors. Confronting & overcoming these issues is possible with a victim-centered, collaborative approach. After attending this course, you will gain a strategic advantage in your domestic violence prosecutions.

REGISTRATION FEE:
- $80 for Prosecutors and staff, which includes two nights lodging (March 14 and 15) for those whose office or home (whichever is closer) is more than 50 miles from the venue, breakfast and lunch March 15 and 16.
- $350 for all others needing overnight accommodations (March 14 and 15), including breakfast and lunch March 15 and 16.
- $100 for all others not needing overnight accomodation, including breakfast and lunch March 15 and 16.
PARKING:
The Bavarian Inn and Lodge provides ample free parking for guests and attendees.
