Training Description:
The Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan (PAAM), is pleased to present a one-day Social Media and Child Exploitation Training at Great Wolf Lodge in Traverse City, Michigan.

Join us for this important training which will provide you the information you need to help keep kids safe, understand cyberbullying, and attacks misconceptions about commercial domestic sex trafficking of minors.

Through this training, you will learn about Child Sexually Abusive Materials (CSAM), the child pornography laws in Michigan, how to recognize illegal images, how child pornography is traded, and the dangers of CSAM.

Our speaker, Keith Clark will also provide a detailed case study of Princess_2003, in which the mother of a 7 year old was involved in creating Child Sexually Abusive Material for commercial distribution.

This training is a “must” for all levels of the prosecutorial process, and vital for advocates to clearly understand the pervasiveness of cyber crimes, particularly when children are involved.

Keith Clark has over 24 years in the criminal justice system, as a probation officer, a criminal defense attorney, and as a prosecutor. He has been with Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office since 2004. He has conducted trainings on technology, digital evidence, forensic interviewing, and commercial sexual exploitation for numerous state and national organizations.

Breakfast will be served at 8:00a.
