This one-day seminar will provide an overview of the drugged driving problem jeopardizing our highways and address issues that arise in advanced OWI trials. Topics will include how to charge and prep for a vehicular homicide trial, a primer on crash reconstruction and how to cross examine a defense expert. There will also be a session on how to prepare for a Daubert hearing and how drugs impair drivers from a toxicologist.

$135 with overnight accommodations
$50 without overnight accommodations
Hotel accommodations will be made for you in your own name. Please indicate your overnight request accordingly on your registration form. Cancellations received by 5 p.m. November 23, 2016 will be entitled to a full refund.
*Overnight lodging (1 night if your home or work is 50 miles or more away) and meals (breakfast & lunch) are provided to COUNTY PROSECUTORS and their employees courtesy of the Prosecuting Attorneys Coordinating Council (PACC) Training Fund. This does not apply to city/municipal prosecutors. The registration fee listed is discounted to reflect the portion covered by PACC. This additional fee is to be paid for by you or your agency.
