Course Description
 
The Prosecuting Attorneys Coordinating Council in collaboration with the Prosecuting Attorneys Association of Michigan's Elder Justice project is hosting a one day training on Elder Abuse. The training will feature sessions taught by Attorney Candace Heisler. 
 
Topics covered will be:
  • Investigating Elder Abuse
  • Prosecuting Elder Abuse
  • Team Collaborations
  • Legal Updates 
 
CE credits and MCOLES credit will be available for social workers and law enforcement. Lunch and break refreshments will be provided.
 
Who Should Attend?
 
Although the training was specifically designed for prosecutors and law enforcement, all other professioanls interested and involved in the care, advocacy and assistance of Elder/Vulnerable Adults in the state of Michigan

Registration is FREE, BUT
 
If you register and do not attend or cancel by September 12th, 2016, you will be 100% responsible for the total cost of registration and meals.
