About the Course
The Elder Justice & At-Risk Adult Resource project hosts an annual summit each year to bring together all the professionals who work in the care and advocay of Elder and Vulnerable adults in the state of Michigan. This year's summit will focus on meeting vulnerable adults on their own terms and will feature presnetations from dynamic professionals in the field of Elder Justice.
Social Work Continuing Education Credits, MCOLES Credits and general Attendance Credits will be available for all attendees.
Prosecutors, Law Enforcement officers, Adult Protective Service employees, Financial Institution employees, Nursing Homes , Home Care workers, Victim Rights advocates, Nursing Home Care and all other professionals involved in the care and advocacy of elder and vulnerable adults are encouraged to attend this summit.
Registration Fee
$25; Payments can be made via check or credit card. All check payments are to be made out to PAAM , with EJP Summit in the memo. Checks can be mailed to 116 W. Ottawa Suite 200, Lansing, MI, 48913.
Registration Policy & Deadline
The deadline for registration is Wednesday, June 14th, 2017. If you will not be able to make the summit, please make sure to cancel you registration by Friday, June 16th, 2017, failure to cancel registration or a no show will result in being invoiced for 100% of the total cost of your registration.
Good Neighbor Award
This year's summit will also feature the Good Neighbor Award. Is there a professional in your office who has gone above the status quo to help either an Elder or Vulnerable Adult? Please look out for the nomination specifications for the 2017 Good Neighor Award.
