Course Description
This is a one day training hosted by the Elder Justice & At-Risk Adult project. The training will feature presentations from our expert training experts. The training is free and will be interactive for attendees to ask questions in relation to their professions while working with vulnerable adults.
 
 
Topics covered will be:
  • Vulnerable Adult Incident Report Card
  • Financial Exploitation
  • Physical Abuse
  • Investigating Crimes  
 
CE credits and MCOLES credit will be available for social workers and law enforcement. Breakfas, Lunch and break/snack  refreshments will be provided.
 
Who Should Attend?
This training has been designed for Prosecutors, Law Enforcement, Adult Protective Services Workers, Financial Institutions, Assisted Living professionals, Advocates and all professionals who work in the care and assistance of vulnerable adults in the state of Michigan.

If you register and do not attend or cancel registration by November 13th, 2017, you will be 100% responsible for the total cost of registration and meals.
