This seminar will focus on issues that come up in more advanced OWI trials such as how to handle negative toxicology reports, what your MSP forensic scientist may and may not be able to testify to, and other issues dealing with the Lab. Other topics covered in this seminar will include how to prepare to cross examine a defense expert and a traffic safety and medical marijuana legal update.

$135 with overnight accommodations
$50 without overnight accommodations
Hotel accommodations will be made for you in your own name. Please indicate your overnight request accordingly on your registration form. Cancellations received by 5 p.m. February 6, 2018 will be entitled to a full refund.
*Overnight lodging (1 night if your home or work is 50 miles or more away) and meals (breakfast & lunch) are provided to COUNTY PROSECUTORS and their employees courtesy of the Prosecuting Attorneys Coordinating Council (PACC) Training Fund. This does not apply to city/municipal prosecutors. If you register, but do not attend and fail to cancel by the above date, you will be responsible for the total cost of your lodging and meals.
