OWI FORFEITURE LAWS SEMINAR

This seminar will cover Michigan's OWI and Drug Forfeiture Laws.

In effect since 1999, the OWI Vehicle Forfeiture Law is often underutilized. In this seminar, prosecutors will learn how to effectively implement this law in their offices.

Prosecutors will also get up-to-date changes to the Drug Forfeiture Law and how these changes will affect how they handle these cases.
