This one-day
seminar focuses on training police and prosecutors in the effective prosecution
of drugged driving cases.
Impaired driving, particularly those drivers impaired by illicit or prescription drugs is a serious crime. This training ensures that law enforcement and prosecutors have the tools and resources they need to save and protect lives on Michigan highways.

No Charge- with or without overnight accommodations*
Municipal/City Attorneys/Traffic Safety Personnel
$135 with overnight accommodations
$50 without overnight accommodations
Hotel accommodations will be made for you in your own name. Please indicate your overnight request accordingly on your registration form. Cancellations received by 5 p.m. June 1, 2018 will be entitled to a full refund.
*Overnight lodging (1 night if your home or work is 50 miles or more away) and meals (breakfast & lunch) are provided to COUNTY PROSECUTORS and their employees courtesy of the Prosecuting Attorneys Coordinating Council (PACC) Training Fund. This does not apply to city/municipal prosecutors. If you register, but do not attend and fail to cancel by the above date, you will be responsible for the total cost of your lodging and meals.
