PACC Navigating the Extradition Maze:
Both Retrieving and Sending

This two-hour webinar will explore extradition from both the legal and procedural aspects.  Attendees will learn what to do when seeking to return a defendant from another state, and how to handle the process when another state is requesting an individual housed in a local jail on an out-of-state warrant.  It's the "ABC's" of extradition, valuable for both assistant prosecutors and support staff who process extraditions.
 

This training will allow for in-person attendance or attendance via the internet.  The training will occur in the Walker Boardroom at the PAAM office in Lansing.  It will be held on April 10, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.  There is no charge for this training.

Registration is required whether you will be attending in person or participating online.  We encourage in-person attendance, but due to the limited space to accommodate the webinar component, we can accommodate no more than 18 attendees.
