• How to prepare to cross examine a defense expert on you next OWI trial
• Responding to OWI defense challenges
• Traffic safety legal update

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Elected County Prosecutors, APA's and Staff

No Charge- with or without overnight accommodations*

Municipal/City Attorneys/Traffic Safety Personnel 

$135 with overnight accommodations

$50 without overnight accommodations

Hotel accommodations will be made for you in your own name at the Crowne Plaza.  Please indicate your overnight request accordingly on your registration form.  Cancellations received by 5 p.m. January 22, 2019 will be entitled to a full refund.  

*Overnight lodging (1 night if your home or work is 50 miles or more away) and meals (breakfast & lunch) are provided to COUNTY PROSECUTORS and their employees courtesy of the Prosecuting Attorneys Coordinating Council (PACC) Training Fund. This does not apply to city/municipal prosecutors. If you register, but do not attend and fail to cancel by the above date, you will be responsible for the total cost of your lodging and meals.
