Please join Erica Smith, PAAM VAWP Training Attorney, as she discusses tips on how to successfully try a stalking case.  The March stalking webinar gave an introduction to what to look for when charging stalking cases, how to document stalking behavior, and issues you may face during the pretrial phase.  In this month’s webinar, she will discuss how to engage the jury, voir dire issues, what type of testimony you will want to elicit, direct exam questions, and sentencing considerations. We hope that you join us on May 10!
