Join Joshua Bissell, Program Director from Children’s Advocacy Centers of Michigan, as we take a look at defining and understanding note taking as a forensic interviewing tool. This training is designed to discuss the common misconceptions about note taking and discover some innovative ways note taking can be used to support new interviewers in practice. Participants should expect to engage in discussion and talk through some scenarios in which note taking can be very helpful, view some templates for guiding this practice, and think through the practical use of this tool.
