This in-person training will cover Michigan's OWI and Drug Forfeiture Laws. In effect since 1999, the OWI Vehicle Forfeiture Law is often underutilized.
In this training, prosecutors will learn how to
effectively implement this law in their offices.
Prosecutors will also get up-to-date changes to the drug forfeiture law and how these changes will affect how they handle drug cases.
Presented by Chief Assistant Prosecutor Stephen Guilliat from St. Clair County Prosecutor’s Office and Chief Assistant Prosecutor Eric Wanink from Tuscola County Prosecutor’s Office.
