The Prosecuting Attorneys' Council of Georgia invites prosecutors and law enforcement agencies to register for the Uniform Superior Court Rule 7.3 - Webinar being held online via Skype. The webinar will be presented by Mr. John Botero. Mr. John Botero is the Program Manager with the Office of Court Professionals. The training will be held on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. 

This webinar will discuss the proper use of interpreters, which, along with the material shared for this presentation, will ensure that all Officers of the Court learn best practices for the use of court interpreters and different license schemes for the use of same in the court.

Please note the CLE credit will fall under the in-house/self-study rule. The rule has a six hour maximum on CLE credits. Webinars fall in the same category as a video review.
