Cancellations 

Cancellations received on or before January 19, 2018 will be refunded the full registration fee. No refunds can be issued for cancellations received after January 19, 2018; however, substitutions are permissible.
 

Accommodations

Set along the iconic Avenue at the Arts, Hyatt at The Bellevue invites guests to unwind in the city’s largest guestrooms as they take in everything Philadelphia has to offer. Allow our Concierge to personally recommend and make arrangements at top restaurants, shows and events. The Bellevue building offers a unique shopping and dining experience in the vibrant heart of Center City in downtown. Guests of the Hyatt at the Bellevue are granted complimentary access to the Sporting Club, a deluxe health club with an indoor pool.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the rate of $159.00 per night, single or double occupancy, plus state and local taxes. The room rate is a separate charge paid directly to the Hyatt.  It is not included in the registration fee.

You may make your reservations by calling the Hyatt directly at 1-888-421-1442 by January 12, 2018. You can also make reservations online by clicking here. After 5:00 p.m. on January 12, the Hyatt will accept reservation requests based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rate.  Please be sure to mention you are attending the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association’s conference to receive the group rate. 

Parking

Parking is available for a fee in the garage adjacent to the hotel, which is attached to the first floor of the hotel by sky bridge. Parking for overnight guests is $35 for self parking and $45 for overnight valet parking.
