Additional Event Information

The Traffic Safety Prosecutors Conference is a unique opportunity for both police officers and prosecutors throughout the Commonwealth.  It will provide a team-based approach to investigating and prosecuting a variety of traffic crimes cases.  A panel of well-qualified engaging speakers will present on topics of interest to both police and prosecutors.

Presenters will draw on their collective decades of experience in the criminal justice system in providing you with up-to-date insightful information.  Included in this year’s course will be a full SFST refresher for police officers which will be a perfect overview of SFST for prosecutors.

The registration fee includes a two-night stay at the Days Inn, State College, PA.  The course has been approved for 13 substantive CLE credits and 1 ethics CLE credit.  There will be breakfast and afternoon breaks with snacks provided.  Lunch will be on your own, allowing you time to explore the many restaurant choices in downtown State College.

The PDAI has partnered with the PA DUI Association in presenting this course. Through this partnership, the PA DUI Association will be offering a 100% Law Enforcement Scholarship to any police officer who applies and provides a short statement describing the most pressing issues they face while dealing with traffic crimes cases. Statements should be sent to the PDAI TSRP by email at pdaa@pdaa.org.

To register, please complete the online form. Payment must be received prior to the course date to ensure admittance to the course. Make any checks payable to PDAI.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after May 7, 2018. Substitute attendees, however, are permissible at any time. Scholarship recipients will be required to repay registration and any other applicable fee if they fail to attend the conference.
