Exhibitor Fee: $2,000.00 (Discounted rate of $500 if sponsoring an event)

8:00 a.m. – 4:00 PM Thursday, February 14
Price Includes: One (1) – 6’ Exhibit Table and two (2) exhibitor badges.

Sponsorships
Sponsorships are available for any of the following events during the 2019 Mid Winter Meeting and will be accepted on a first come, first served basis once payment in full is received.
Tuesday, February 12
Opening Reception 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. $9,000
Thursday, February 14
President's Reception 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. $3,500
Thursday, February 14
Hospitality Suite 9:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. $2,500
Registration
Exhibitors/sponsors must wear identification badges, which may be picked up at the PDAA registration table.
Accommodations
Exhibitors/Sponsors will be eligible to receive the special group rate offered to PDAA members of $155 plus tax per night, single or double occupancy. Please note our group's room reservation deadline is January 11, 2019. Please contact the Omni William Penn Hotel reservations department directly at 1-800-THE-OMNI to make your reservations and be sure to mention that you are part of our group. Reservations made after January 11 will be accepted on a space and rate available basis only. You can also make reservations online.

Terms/Payment
No space will be reserved without a signed contract (or online contract) and full payment. Payment must be received on or before January 11, 2019. If you choose not to fill out the contract online, click here to download a PDF of the contract and mail it with payment to:

Freight Shipment & Request for Labor
Any costs incurred will be the responsibility of the exhibitor/sponsor.
Security
Neither the PDAA nor the Omni William Penn Hotel is responsible for any materials, articles or equipment in the exhibits. All exhibits should be manned during the hours the exhibits are open.
Restrictions
Exhibitors
- Exhibit fees DO NOT include access to receptions, golf, dinners or hospitality.
- Exhibitors MAY NOT place any materials in meeting room or any other area other than their designated space and the Pennsylvania District Attorneys Association reserves the right to remove or eliminate any objectionable exhibits, person, advertisements or souvenirs.
- Exhibitors MAY NOT attend any PDAA functions, including receptions, dinners, golf or hospitality.
- Exhibitors MAY NOT enter meeting rooms while trainings are in session.
- Exhibitors will be provided with an attendee roster and the location and set-up time one week prior to the start of the conference.
- Exhibitors must provide PDAA with names of exhibitors two weeks prior to the start of the conference.
Sponsors
- Fees listed for events above entitle vendor to attend ONLY the event that is being sponsored.
- Sponsors may set up materials at the event being sponsored only with approval and at the discretion of PDAA.
- Sponsors will be provided with an attendee roster and the location and set-up time one week prior to the start of the conference.
- Sponsor must provide PDAA with names of vendors two weeks prior to the start of the conference.
Sponsors and Exhibitors (new for Winter 2019):
Each exhibitor and/or sponsor will have the opportunity to introduce themselves and briefly explain their product(s)/service(s) to the assembled group. Each introduction and explanation will not exceed 90 seconds.
