Prosecuting the Drugged Driver
Course Information
This Course focuses on the unique challenges of prosecuting the ever growing number of drug-impaired driver cases each of us sees on a daily basis. The Curriculum was adapted from NHTSA Courses and has been updated to reflect the issues most commonly faced in drug DUI cases here in the Commonwealth. A hallmark of the curriculum is the cooperation between officers and prosecutors as each learns more about how the other must proceed in a case.

Through this partnership, the DUI Association will be offering scholarships to any interested police officer who provides a short statement describing the challenges they face with DUI-D investigations and prosecutions in their jurisdictions.
