Additional Event Information
This 3 hour course (#50467) will update your license with 3 hours Ethics credit.
This course is also approved for Utica's E&O seminar credit (5%).
Visiting a foreign land with little understanding of the native language is ill-advised.  In a way, insurance professionals selling forms with limited understanding of their critical terms are making the same mistake.  This course examines some of the major issues of coverage created by a variety of critical-yet-often-misinterpreted words used in a variety of commonly sold P&C insurance policies.  The course will examine both the practical and legal interpretations of these critical words as well as insurance company efforts to remove ambiguities.  In addition, the course will explore endorsements that can be used to modify/change the impact of such critical words and their effect on coverage.
