Additional Event Information
This 3 hour course (#52335) will update your license with 3 hours Ethics credit.
This course is also approved for Utica's E&O Seminar credit (5%).
The goal of this course is to explain the basic process -- and thereby illuminate and eliminate the most common errors -- in agent understanding of the adjusting and settlement of property-liability insurance claims.  Agents will not only be able to offer more effective assistance to their insureds at time of claim, but also learn to minimize/avoid common agent coverage recommendation mistakes that lead to claims complications/denials.
