This bill defines 'physical performance of services' as "the building, altering, repairing, improving, or demolishing of any public structure or building or other public improvements of any kind to public real property including the construction, reconstruction, or maintenance of all or part of a public road."  This definition was needed in order to properly define the type of contracts that should be subject to  E-Verify affidavit requirements. This bill further requires the contractor to supply the county with the identify of any and all subcontractors and provides a penalty on contractors and subcontractors for noncompliance.
