SUMMARY: This bill would amend 20-2-211 of the GA Code to extend the deadline for notification of extension or non-renewal of elementary and secondary educators’ contracts to May 15 of school years 2010-2011, 2011-2012, and 2012-2013.  The bill would sunset at the end of the 2012-2013 school year.
