    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 44-61-170 SO AS TO ESTABLISH REQUIREMENTS FOR EMERGENCY SERVICE SYSTEM BILLING AND INSURANCE COVERAGE PRACTICES APPLICABLE TO OUT-OF-NETWORK EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICE PROVIDERS; AND TO AMEND SECTION 44-61-20, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS USED IN THE EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES ACT, SO AS TO ADD A DEFINITION FOR "INSURER".
