    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-5-3910 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT DURING A MOTOR VEHICLE TRAFFIC STOP, THE DRIVER AND PASSENGERS IN A MOTOR VEHICLE MUST DISCLOSE TO THE LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICER THE EXISTENCE OF ALL FIREARMS LOCATED IN THE MOTOR VEHICLE.
