    A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING CHAPTER 39 TO TITLE 6 ENTITLED "TRANSIT-ORIENTED DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS" SO AS TO SET FORTH A PROCESS BY WHICH A COUNTY OR MUNICIPALITY MAY CREATE A TRANSIT-ORIENTED REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY TO DEVELOP CERTAIN AREAS IN CONNECTION WITH PLANNED OR EXISTING TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES.
