    A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 30-4-50, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT, SO AS TO REQUIRE THE RESULTS OF A TOXICOLOGY REPORT OR A DRUG OR ALCOHOL SCREENING PERFORMED ON AN EMPLOYEE OF A STATE OR LOCAL GOVERNMENTAL AGENCY AT THE REQUEST OF HIS EMPLOYER MUST BE RELEASED AS PUBLIC INFORMATION IF THE REPORT OR SCREENING WAS AS A RESULT OF OR RELATED TO AN ACCIDENT OR INCIDENT WHILE IN THE COURSE OF EMPLOYMENT.
